Category Description

To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be a Grade 2 fixed wing pilot working in the agricultural aviation industry. The nominee should demonstrate a strong passion and aptitude for agricultural aviation, along with a clear commitment to safety and professional excellence. They must set high standards and goals, and actively contribute to improving the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the industry. Nominees should also inspire others through their actions, leadership, and behaviour, and serve as a positive role model within the sector. All nomination details will remain confidential and will only be shared with the judges assessing this category.

Nominees must exhibit the following:

  • Sets high standards and goals
  • Demonstrates excellence in improving the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the agricultural aviation industry.
  • Inspires and motivates others through actions, leadership, and behavior
  • Is an excellent role model.
