Category Description

To be eligible for this award, the nominee must be a Grade 2 helicopter pilot actively working in the agricultural aviation sector. The nominee should display a strong passion and aptitude for agricultural aviation, alongside a clear commitment to professional excellence. They must set high standards and goals, and demonstrate outstanding contributions to improving the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the industry. Nominees should also inspire and motivate others through their leadership, actions, and behaviour, and be recognised as a strong role model. All nomination information will be treated confidentially and only shared with the judging panel.

  • Shows strong passion, aptitude for and commitment to agricultural aviation
  • Sets high standards and goals
  • Demonstrates excellence in improving the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the agricultural aviation industry.
  • Inspires and motivates others through actions, leadership, and behavior
  • Is an excellent role model.
